Fatih Algan, Ph.D. (candidate) has been cultivating board HR experience especially in automotive, production, and consumer goods before joining Ageo International family. He has successfully managed global HR teams and led various projects as a Project Manager whose final role was Commercial HR Director of Indesit Turkey. Fatih holds B.Sc in Management from Universitat de Barcelona and M.Sc in Occupational Health & Safety Management from Gediz University. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
İlkiz holds a B.S. degree in Management and an MBA degree from Boğaziçi University and completed a 1-year program on Corporate Innovation and Change Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Throughout her 20+ year long career, she worked for multinationals in Turkish pharmaceutical, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and construction sectors in various financial managerial roles. İlkiz then joined the core team for a Swiss fintech start-up as Head of Finance and Operations and set up the organizational structure and design. Since 2019, she is a partner for Ageo International Turkey team and works in executive search and selection for finance and operations roles and organizational design change projects.
During her career of 27 years in one of the leading groups of Turkey, Demet had worked as middle and top level executive in strategic planning, business development, corporate communications and marketing, which enabled her to develop a holistic business intelligence.She has concentrated on personal and corporate development with the Enneagram since 2012. She is an associate of Awareness to Action International and a certified trainer of Halin Premont Enneagram Institute.
After getting his degree from Gazi University Faculty of Education, Hasan continued his academic career by participating in Master Program in Gebze Technical University and has specialized in management science. Thereafter providing career training for the education and development sector, he has experienced Human Resources functions in different industries. Since taking part in Ageo International family in 2017, he has played an active role in many recruitment projects in numerous varied positions. He is fluent in English and also speaks German.
Gizem completed her degree in International Relations at Bilkent University and joined Ageo International team as a Researcher in 2017. In this role, she has been involved in several projects in different sectors. She transferred to PwC Turkey as a Human Resources Specialist on a project base. After successful deliver, she came back Ageo International as an Associate Consultant. She is fluent in English and beginner in Chinese.
